Privacy Policy

In plain English
We collect the minimum data needed to respond to you and deliver services. We don’t sell data. We don’t track you across the web. We store data in the US, encrypted, and we delete it on request.
Contact-form submissions (name, email, phone, message). Anonymised analytics via first-party cookies. Account data for client-portal users.
To respond to enquiries, deliver requested services, send opt-in security alerts, and improve our website. We never share, rent, or sell personal data.
We use a small number of sub-processors (cloud hosting, transactional email, ticketing). All operate under written data-processing agreements. Sub-processor list available on request.
Contact-form data is retained 24 months unless you become a client. Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months for audit purposes, then permanently deleted.
You may request a copy of your data, request correction, or request deletion at any time. Write to privacy@techcore.com, we acknowledge within 72 hours and complete within 30 days.
Data is stored in the United States. EU/UK transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary measures including encryption-at-rest and -in-transit.
